The founder of A Better Place Consulting, Bunny coaches business owners to overcome adversity and combat personal and employee burnout. She is an expert in the field of work-life alignment and professional boundaries. It is not uncommon to find her keynoting in the morning with a Fortune 500 company and ending the day teaching burnout prevention to law enforcement, military, and correctional officers. In a world of COVID and uncertainty, Bunny is sought out internationally to speak on mental wellness’ impact in the professional space. She serves on the Extraordinary Women's Exchange Committee, Chairwoman for Pawssible Service Dog Connection and a proud Army wife.

In that time-span he has operated a leadership school, owned two consulting firms, written hundreds of blog articles and several E-books, been featured on radio talk shows, and even landed in a small article (with his awesome wife) in SUCCESS magazine. He volunteers on the Ambassador Committee at the Greater Williamsburg Business Council and as a coach on his daughter’s mountain biking team.
